FENG-MING TUNG (THOMAS) -v- LORD GORONWY ROBERTS

AND DR. DAVID OWEN

68

Thank you for your letter of the 24th August. I will be

happy to act for Lord Goronwy Roberts and Dr. David Owen.

Whilst I agree that at present there appears to be no

need to do more than the absolute minimum I must, in view of my promise, write to the Plaintiff today advising him that I now have instructions to accept service of the Writ of Summons and thereafter of course the Plaintiff is in the driving seat and can largely dictate

the course which the proceedings take.

For the timebeing however, and until the Writ is actually served I do not think I need do more than ask you to collate the

relevant papers.

If and when the Writ is served I will write to you again with the necessary retainers for Lord Goronwy Roberts and Dr.

David Owen.

Yours sincerely,

Kunsan Watson
