You will no doubt have seen the so-called "Elliott/Sanguinetti report". It appeared in the South China Morning Post of 10 April and I enclose a copy.

It would be helpful to me to know

whether the Law Society has any comments it would like to make, particularly on the sections covering the legal system and the legal profession.
