You will no doubt have seen the so-called "Elliott/Sanguinetti report' which appeared in the South China Morning Post of 10 April and of which I enclose a copy.
Before I reply I would be glad to know whether there are any comments you would like to make about her criticisms of the legal system and legal profession (sidelined and marked (2) in the attached copy).
