Complaint about the Misconduct of Lord Goronwy-Roberts, Minister of State and Dr. David Owen, Foreign Minster of British Government etc.
I, Thomas F.M.TUNG, respectfully and solemnly beg your Majesty to ask your Minister of State, Lord Goronwy-Roberts, and your Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. David Owen to resign from their respective official posts because they have acted disgracefully and dishonorably in the performance of their official duties. The true facts are as follows:

(1) The Minister of State, Lord Goronwy Roberts, in collusion
with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. David Owen, both willfully, maliciously and unlawfully wrote to hr. Christo- pher Price, MP a letter in which they fabricated an utterly false story by saying that I "claim to be wrongfully convicted". I never used the expression of such words as "wrongfully con- victed". Without trial, how could a person be convicted, In all my documents, my complaint is that
willfully, maliciously and unlawfully abused the power of open court by shouting "guilty! Guilty! Guilty!" 3 tines at the top of his voice in order to scare the innocent defe- ndant into silence without trial and without allowing the defendant to put up a defense with the purpose to cover up the scandal in which the magistrate himself has been involved. (2) Goronwy's letter maliciously hides the true fact that I was
a teacher in Police class where there has been a tradition to use the police card to ride the buses.
All in all, Lord Goronwy and David Owen have fabricated a false story by concealing the true facts in an invidious letter to be insidiously circulated anong the members of parliament with the intent of calculating to smear my reputation and to cover up the massive corruption of
in outrageous
violation of human rights for an open court trial and for putting up a defense.
