The 19 January 1978 letter written by the Minister of State The Rt. Hon The Lord Goronwy-Roberts on your behalf says: "He claims....he was wrongfully convicted... I never used the word "wrongfully convicted" as the corrupt, told me: "Criminal action requires intent. As there is no intent, so there will be no conviction." You had better find out who has created the story of "wrongfully convicted " I should be grateful if you could inform me where you have got this basis of information.

My complaint is that the corrupt trying to bully the innocent victim by exploiting the no-lawyer situation: (1) conspiring the witness as broker for seeking bribe, (1) seeking bribes in an open court, (3) forbidding innocent victim to report extortion and blackmail to the court, (4)avoiding to hear the truth testimony of the innocent victim in open court (5) being afraid of facing the trial himself (6) shouting out at me
'guilty! guilty! guilty! as a magician to scare the innocent victim into silence to end a case without trial and without allowing an innocent victim to put up a defense, (6) destroying the files and evidence, (7) refusing to write a written judgment with reasons for the innocent victim to appeal. This corrupt Magistrate has committed massive violations of human rights which are outrageou S, measured by the standard of any cilized society.
Dear Dr. Owen: Your Excellency, as a champion of human rights announced in the newspapers over the world, you never give me an answer to all my complaints. Are the people of Hongkong the second rate people? Are they the people who have no right to put up a defense? Are they the people who have no right to a trial?
I should be grateful if you could give me a reply.
Yours sincerely,
triking
