Honourable Members' will be asked to advise, under section 3 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124), whether the resumption of 1-38 Hee Wong Terrace and 12-20 Wing Fung Street, as shown on the schedule at Annexes D and F, is: required for a public purpose, namely the Hong Kong Housing Society's Urban Improvement Scheme.
