Honourable Members will be asked to advise, under section 3 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124), whether the resumption of the lots listed at Annex B is required for a public purpose, namely Shek Wu Hui Development, Package 3 Road D1, (Tai Po Road/Jockey Club Road Improvement) at Fanling and Sheung Shui, New Territories.
(The District Officer, Tai Po (Mr P.E. JOHNSON) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
