Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Miscellaneous Licences (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.

2. The First Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "Money-changer.".

3. The regulations specified in the first column of the Schedule are amended to the extent indicated in the second column thereof.
