26.4.
Existing footpaths within the barracks
area should be improved and extended
to create a convenient system of
pedestrian movements providing :
(i) east-west routes traversing
longitudinally the area on
the upper, mid and lower
levels; and
(ii)
south-north routes across the
area to connect Kennedy Road
with the Mass Transit Railway
Admiralty Station area at
podium level and across Cotton
Tree Drive to Central.
These routes are indicated diagramati-
cally at Annex 5.
