All that area known as Royal Air Force Station Kai Tak Kowloon, including the area known as Green Land and indicated edged red on Plan A attached and also including Ministry of Defence Lots 6, 112, 115, 116 and 126. .
All that area known as Victoria Barracks Hong Kong indicated edged red on Plan B attached, except for a presently unsurveyed area of approximately 4 acres, including Dragon House and Paget House, as indicated by the broken line on Plan B
