(vi) that a general offer to pay an additional

$17 per square foot or $10 per square foot, as appropriate, to all those who have already accepted cash compensation at the old rates of $10 per square foot or $17 per square foot respectively should be made;

(vii) that the rate at which land can be

made available for Letter B exchanges should be fast enough for the gap between the issue of the letter and the exchange to be reduced to 12 months by 1984/85.

The Council NOTED that it is important that sufficient land is made available to close the gap between the issue of Letters B and the date of exchange as indicated at (vii) above.

The Council asked that a vote of thanks to the Working Group should be recorded.
