acreages of the provisions of such land in the outline

zoning plans for these new towns.

The latest outline zoning plans for the three

new towns provide for disposable land in these three

The current market values of these categories

of land in the three new towns can readily be obtained

from the Chart W. Where different figures are shown in

the Chart W under any of these categories of land in a

particular district to reflect on differences due to

locational factors, the highest value would be adopted

for use in this connection.

taking the Chart W values for the period 1st July 1977
