Amendments to the Ordinance would also be equired to allow for the payment of compensation for all losses actually sustained by the dispossessed owner. These would include such things as surveyors and legal fees, disturbance for domestic occupiers and injurious affection where applicable. This could perhaps be achieved by adding a suitable subsection to 10 (2) of the Ordinance.
