This offer of a grant of land in exchange would be subject

Government. I am also prepared to arrange for a grant of building land to you jointly with other owners of land within an approved layout and of which the title is validly registered in the name

by you and the other owners if this would enable the regranted land to be of the size, at least, of a whole building lot.
