ENTRY OF SOUTH AFRICAN

Until the "mother country" imposes such visa requirements, I do not see how we can ask our dependencies to require visas for all South African visitors. In the case of St Helena and Dependencies it would, having regard to the trade done with South Africa, be an impractical measure.
