I, the undersigned

(hereinafter called "the vehicle")

RESPECTFULLY SUBMIT to Your Excellency my moral claim for the return

and release to me of my vehicle which was forfeited as a consequence of

it having been used to transport an illegal immigrant who had landed in

the Colony. I now set out hereunder the circumstances in support of my

claim:

I operate two fish ponds and one shrimp pond at

where I reside with my family consisting of my wife and seven children,

the eldest child being aged 17 years and youngest aged 11⁄2 years.
