16. I hope that these factors will be taken fully
into account in considering whether further steps should
be taken to implement the proposals of the Green Paper.
In addition, I should be grateful for an early indication
of HMG's reaction to the representations made by Unofficial
Members so that I can, I hope, set their minds at rest.
