of the Educators' Social Action Council (ESAC) through Mr. Szeto
Wah. The supervisor of the school, sister Lorraine, was one
of the members of the council. At the meeting, Father Collins
of the Council expressed great concern and promised to help
the teachers to contact Sister Lorraine. However, Sister Lorraine
just informed him that any meeting with teachers had to be decided
by the management committee. It was learnt later that Sister
Horraine expressed that she could do very little because over
the matter of the school Miss Kwan had direct contact with the
Education Department and there were many things she was not kept
informed.
