Warning Letters issued on June 16, 1977
The Union has received a complaint from its member (Name of the teacher). (Name of the teacher), being a teacher of Precious Blood Golden Jubilee Secondary School, has received your warning letter dated June, 16, 1977. According to the letter, (Name) "are reported to have been directly or indirectly involved with pupils in defiance of the school authority." On behalf of the said teacher, the Union would like to you to answer three questions raised below
1.
As to "you are reported", from whom has your department obtained the report? What kind of report is it?
2. After obtaining the report, has your department carried out any investigation? When was the investigation conducted and
who conducted the investigation?
3. What are the findings of the investigation? Which findings can be based on to support your issuing the above warning letter?
