12th April, 1978.

Dear Mr. Chan,

It was noted that without the consent of Miss TAM Mei-ling, you had said OPENLY and IN HER ABSENCE in the Staff Meeting on Parch 21, 1978 that students had learned from her that the School would not open M.6 in the coming year. Later when Miss Tam questioned you about the reliability of this statement, you simply told her that you had heard it from the students. We trust that Miss Tam, as she reported, could not have said such a thing to the students, as even the Management Committeo has not made any decision yet.

You should realize that your irresponsible statement is undermining your colleague's good name and her need of trust from every teacher and student in order to discharge her dution,

On October 7, 1977 during a meeting of .the Discipline Committee of the School you went uninvited and interrupted the meeting by speaking openly asking all the teachers to go with you to the Principal Office to question the Principal on certain vouchers, relating to the purchase of materials for Domestic Science. You led a group of teachers to the Principal office, there you tried to embarrass the Principal by asking her to swear on the Bible over an unfounded statement that she had threatened the clerical staff that they would not be able to get employment elsewhere when they left Golden Jubiloe Secondary School. You also insulted the Principal by saying that with hor experience how could she allow mistakes to be made over the vouchers when such vouchers were not made by hor. I like to point out to you that you have no right to meddle in the school administration and have no right to humiliato the Principal in such manner. Further you have refused to sign School Circulars,
