Since the beginning of this school your, school circulars have been passed to individual teachers to read and wign by one of the school Janitors, which is different from

School circularo the common practice in the past few years, used to be put up on the notice board in the teachers' room so that teachers may peruse them for reference whenever necessary and sign the in their spare time, and in caser where the circulars were lengthy, copies were givon to the

teachers.

School circulars are intended to bo instructiong to teachers concerning the administrativo and disciplinary matters of the school. So teachers should have a thorough understanding of the content of the circulars and the school authorities should help the teachers call to wind the detail of the circulars if they want to build up an efficient and responsible adminis- tration. Although school circulars are rather lengthy, for example, circular Ro.6 covers two foolscap sheets, the school authorities have never put any copies of circularo in the teachers' room to remind the teachers of their duty, nor have the school authorities agree to give the teachers a
