Doar Rov. Sister,
As regards to your letter dated 16th March, 1978, I would like you to refer to my letter of 13th March 1978, copy of which is enclosed.
You have been informed in my latter that due to the wrong address, I received your letter dated 22nd February, 1978 and 7th March, 1978 on 27th February, 1978 and 11th March, 1978 respectively. Furthermore, owing to the expectation that Mica Yau Ping Pong, one of the advisors of the Students' Union, should also have received a similar letter, I intended to reply your letter till Mieo You got hera from you. Miss Yau, however, had not received any letter up to thon.
I have suggested in my letter a meeting between you and me to settle the matter, hence avoiding the misunderstanding and delayo caused by letter- writing.
On 24th January, 1978, the class-representativde of cleaned from Form 2 to Forn 5, including 2 representatives for the Form 1 repeaters; met to voice the opinions of the classes represented on the re-establishment of the Students' Union, which was, and still is, their primary concern. Proposals with regards to the distrubution of the money concerned were raised in case the re-establish- mout of the Students' Union was turned down by the school authorities. I would like you to refer to the minutes enclosed. The majority of the atudents auggested that the school should re-establish the Studento' Union. If this was turned corn by the _choul, then the wuny left over from last year should be distri- butod ovenly to every class from Form 2 to Form 5 and to individuals repeating in Form 1. Concerning this point, you seemed to have been wrongly informed.
Frog geptember 1977 onwards, the students have, in fact, tried every possible way to contact the school authorities about the re-establishment of their Studenta' Unios. No dofinite answers or resolutions have yet been given them after seven months. Therefore, I am in no position to distribute the money as this is against the wish of the students.
I believe that you have shown deep interest and concern about the welfare of the students of Precious Blood Golden Jubilee Secondary School.
I admit, too, that communication between the school authorities and the teachers is lacking, which has hindered our co-operation. In view of this, some teachers and I sincerely hope for a meeting between the management committee and us.
Yours sincerely,
Worige offin Wah.
