Homann-Herimberg said that in accordance with UN protocol Hong Kong would not be getting a separate invitation but that UNHCR would welcome the presence of someone from Hong Kong in our delegation. He said that Mr Bridges of the Hong Kong Immigration Department had attended the Kuala Lumpur consultations and this had been most

useful.
