* The chances of finding a resettlement opportunity are higher if the applicant does not exclude any country from those poten- tially prepared to admit him. Experience has shown that applicants who state that they will go to "any country willing to admit them" have a better chance of speedy resettlement. However, there may be refugees who are unwilling to resettle in specific countries for various reasons. This should be indicated under item 6. The interviewer should endeavour to explain that in case none of the countries preferred by the applicant are willing to admit him, it would be in his interest to increase the possibilities of resettlement by widening his choice.
Give details of work experience, quotations from certificates of employment, list additional skills acquired through informal study or apprenticeship, talent for particular types of activities or any other facts likely to assist those seeking employment for the applicant and/or the members of his family.
*** Nature and frequency of offense, duration of each imprisonment, country/countries where detained and efforts by UNHCR/
other organisations to effect release. Whenever possible, attach evidence.
