WELCOME: Rev. Carlisle Patterson, Vice-Chairman of SCOR, welcomed Rev. Graeme Jackson who had been Asia Secretary of the World Council of Churches and was now Director, Methodist Church Overseas Division, as the new Chairman.

The Chairman welcomed Mr. V.J. McGee, observer from ODM.

Minutes of Meeting on 6 December 1977 and Special Meeting on 13 January 1978, which had been circulated, were confirmed and signed.

Films on Indo-Chinese Refugees

It had not been possible to see the John Craven Film and to arrange for the Panorama team to show their film. In any case, they were both now out

of date.

BBC had been asked where possible to let SCOR know when a programme on refugees was being planned and/or shown.
