Lower Albert Road,

Hong Kong.

It would be helpful if comments on the proposals due for implementation in April, 1978, could be submitted before the end of December, 1977. Comments on other proposals should be submitted before the end of March, 1978.

Government will thereafter consider the views expressed

on the proposals in this Green Paper.

After these views, and other factors, have been taken into account, a White Paper will be published, later in 1978.
