SOCIAL DEVELOPMENTS IN HONG KONG

Lord Goronwy-Roberts asked that a draft be prepared of a minute from himself to the Secretary of State setting out his ideas on

social development planning in Hong Kong now that all the developments proposed in the Planning Paper are either completed

or in the pipeline.
