Emergency relief, in the form of cash and material aidļ is available to victims of natural or other disasters.

According to the degree of incapacity, subject to a maximum of HK$11,900.

The law requires e proyers to pay one five months' wages to employees with more than 5 years service, in accordance with their length of service.
