A night shift differential of not less than 10% of regular wage for each hour of work performed bett ween 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. must be paid.

A shift worker may work longer than 8 hours but overtime pay must be given for work in excess of 132 hours in any period of 3 weeks. Any employee changing from one shift to another must have a continuous break of at least 30 hours.
