(B) RATES GENERALLY APPLICABLE TO THE CIVIL SERVICE AND ARMED FORCES

Total amount of employee's wages for the calendar month

Contribution payable by the employer

5 per cent of employee's ordinary wages plus 31 per cent of the amount of any non-pensionable annual allowance payable in the month.

6 per cent of employee's ordinary wages plus one-third of the difference between the employee's ordinary wages and $200 plus 31 per cent of the
