5. There are, however, three Conventions, Nos. 100: Equal Remmeration; 120: Hygiene (Commerce and Offices); and

140: Paid Bizational Leave, which stand by themselves and which I believe could usefully be pursued,

I recommand, therefore, that I should write to the Secretary for Social Services expressing Lord Goromy-Roberts' appreciation of the improvements which have been made, agreeing the programme for 1978 and suggesting that further consideration be given to

three Conventions detailed above, in addition to the four which the Hong Kong Government have themselves suggested.
