1.

The Malaysians come to London on 22 May to discuss Concorde in parallel with the ASA. Talks will begin on 24 May.

2.

Oslo.

29 May sees the first round of Scandinavian negotiation talks in

Mr Rogers, DOT, will be leading the delegation.

3. The next round of Swiss talks start in Berne from 6-8 June to discuss Swiss Air's Hong Kong service. Mr Standen, DOT, will lead the UK Delegation.

4. Tale with the Ghanaians will now be held in Accra from 12 June for one week. A review of the overall situation is envisaged with particular attention to remittances, now that the Winter Season has ended.

5.

The Zambian talks originally scheduled for 29 May have been postponed. July is now envisaged pending confirmation from post.

6.

Mr Rogers is due to meet Singapore officials early next month to discuss SIA's Trans-Pacific route through Hong Kong. Firm dates are still awaited.

7. EEC:

Transport WG reports to COREPER on 24 May. Mr Boyes is in touch. with Mr Ponsford (UKREP) about briefing.
