The swept-wing roof glides down to a height of about 80 feet
middle before rising 2 in at the other end to 130 feet.
The building faces a plaza stretching to the ferry terminus,
hath the clock tower in the middle.
Other buildings in the Complex, as shown in the preliminary
design, include a Museum and Art Gallery, the Planetarium, a large
restaurant and administrative offices.

At the northern end of the Complex will be a large area of
open space set off by a majestic fountain 75 feet in diameter and
playing amid shrubs, flowers and grass.
Also featured at the northern end of the Complex will be
an ampitheatrs for about 500 people.
