gallery, a planetariun, two auditoria, lecture rooms and rehearsal rooms. A large fountain will form part of the

design.

The Museum and the art gallery will be housed

in separate buildings. The two auditoria will seat 2,500 and 1,000. The planetarium will accommodate 500.
