re: Hong Kong Heritage Society.

Thank you for giving us some of your time to meet you on Saturday, 6th., May, at 5.30.pm. We would like to discuss with you, among other things, the need for reform of planning legislation in Hong Kong; the difficulties of communication with Government Departments; and the realities of public participation in decisions affecting the daily lives of citizens. A small group of us will come to meet you. They will be:

Mr. Jon Prescott, a planner. and architect in private practice who has also been a teacher of Extra-Mural Studies at the University. He has lived in Hong Kong since 1958.

Mr. Ching Tam, a Hong Kong-born architect.

Mrs. Gloria Barretto, a member of the Portuguese community of several generations' ancestry in Hong Kong, who works with the Kadoorie Agricultural Development Farms in the New Territories. Mr. K.F. Choy.

Miss Stella Tse, assistant honorary secretary.

and myself, a University teacher.

David Russell is away in Bangkok but may have returned by then.
