Amendment

(a) by deleting "injures" and

substituting "interferes with";

(b) by deleting "engine" and

substituting "locomotive"; and

(c) by inserting "railway track,

railway signal," before "fence".

By inserting "track" after "railway" in the

second and third places where it occurs.

By deleting "a railway" in the second place

where it occurs and substituting "the railway".

By deleting "with all convenient dispatch

be taken before a magistrate to be dealt

with according to law" and substituting the

following

"be taken forthwith to the nearest

police station and handed over to

the custody of a police officer,

and thereupon section 52 of the
