(c) suffers any animal to stray upon any railway track, shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars.".

14. Section 57 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.

15. The First Schedule to the principal Ordinance is deleted.

Repeal of section 57.

Deletion of the First Schedule.

16. The Second Schedule to the principal Ordinance is deleted and Deletion and substituted by the following-

substitution of Second Schedule.

Railway Engineering Assistant Class I

Railway Workshops Inspector

Way and Works Inspector".

17. The sections of the principal Ordinance specified in the first Schedule of column of the Schedule are amended to the extent and in the manner set amendments. out in the second column of that Schedule.

18. The Railway Rules are amended—

(a) in rules 1, 9, 16 and 63 by deleting "rules" wherever it occurs and (Cap. 99,

substituting "regulations" in each case;

(b) in rule 40(2) by deleting “rule” and substituting “regulation"; and

(c) by revoking rule 64 and replacing it by the following—

"Citation.

64. These regulations may be cited as the Kowloon-Canton Railway Regulations.".
