An Ordinance to amend the Auxiliary Forces Pay and Allowances

Ordinance.

[26th May, 1978]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Auxiliary Forces Pay and Allowances (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.

2. Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is amended by-

(a) being renumbered as subsection (1);

(b) deleting "In" and substituting the following-

"Subject to subsection (2), in"; and`

(c) inserting the following new subsection-

1978.

"(2) No member of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force shall be eligible to receive a ration allowance.”.
