The area of road coloured green and hatched black on the plan at Annex A will be formed, drained, temporarily surfaced and provided with supporting structure where necessary to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
Any piers shall be sited in accor- dance with the requirements of the Director of Public Works and/or the Director of Marine, and appropriate premia shall be payable in respect of the areas of sea bed so used.
Marine rights will be given between the points 'A' and 'B' on the plan at Annex A and shall endure for as long as the site is used for the above purposes.
As Government cannot guarantee to provide a water supply during the initial stages of development the provision of such supply will be the responsibility of the grantee.
