(iii) I feel unhappy with the suggestion in paragraph 4 of Charles'

letter that pressure for sterling financing might become irresistible. Is this meant merely as a statement of fact? In any event, I would oppose the offer of sterling financing.

(iv) I presume that if Lazards are acting as financial advisers

to DoI, they will have absolutely no interest in the contract under discussion.
