2 x 350 MW units within the next 2/3 years and GEC felt it had good prospects of obtaining this order. addition, talks were still proceeding in Hong Kong on proposals for extra services eg full erection by GEC of the equipment they were providing and on a transmission link between the power station and CLP's existing transmission system. Balfour Beatty were the lead company for the latter aspect of the development.
CLP/Exxon were now considering sources of coal for their
