You wrote on 28 March about the Hong Kong Power Station project and Sir Lawrence Kadoorie's forthcoming visit.

The Prime Minister much regrets that the pressure on his diary for the next fortnight is such that he cannot fit in a meeting with Sir Lawrence on this occasion. You should, however, know, for your own information, that the Prime Minister commented that he will try to meet Sir Lawrence the next time he is in London.
