DEPENDENT TERRITORIES: NUMISMATIC COIN SURVEY
2 OFFR 1973
1. I find it hard to comment on this report since, to my amazement, it contains no reference to Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Government regularly issue numismatic coins and I can only assume that the lack of any mention of this is due to the fact that Hong Kong is required by law to have all its coins minted by the Royal Mint. I believe it is unique amongst Dependent Territories in this respect.
2. In general, I agree to the issue of a set of guidelines and can see no need for a further meeting.
