The coin made legal tender by Proclamation No. 10 of 1937 and demonetized by Proclamation No. 1 of 1949 was NOT referred to in the Schedule to the Order.

It is obvious that it was always intended that coins added to the original legal tender family would automatically join the Schedule of the original Order, but unfortunately this is nowhere specified, and unless one is prepared to add them to the Schedule by implication, there is no power to demonetize them. The original Order will have to be amended.
