The replacement Licence or certificate shall bear the date of the original
Licence or certificate.
Article 13
Hong Kong shall send to the Commission of the European Communities the names and addresses of the governmental authorities of Hong Kong competent co issue export licences and certificates of origin, together with specimens of the stamps used by these authorities.
