Article 16
1.
This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the month following the date on which the Parties notify each other of the completion of the procedures necessary for this purpose. It shall be applicable until 31 December 1982.

This Agreement shall apply with effect from 1 January 1978.
Consultations may be held at any time to consider proposals from either Party to modify this Agreement.

Either Party may at any time denounce this Agreement provided
that at least ninety days' notice is given. In such event, the Agreement shall come to an end on the expiry of the period of nstico.
5.
The Annexes and Protocol to this Agreement and the exchange of letters shall form an integral part thereof.
