The US have not decided what offers to make on benzenoid chemicals or certain ceramic items. Their tariffs in these areas are high and the Community has major trade interests in them. The line might be taken that the Community would wish the US to come to a view quickly on them and that the view they come to should be that the formula should be applied to all these items.
