the Secretary of state for Defence. Agreement with the secretary of State for Defence
Definition
The purchaser shall comply with the requirement of the Secretary of State for Defence for the management and safety of the lot.
(39) The purchaser shall, at the request of the Secretary of State for Defence, enter into a formal agreement with the said Secretary to comply with and perform the terms and conditions on the purchaser's part to be complied with and performed herein contained. The said agreement shall be in such form and contain such other terms and provisions as the said Secretary shall require.

It is hereby agreed that the term "cartridged watergel explosive" as used in these Conditions shall mean the type of cartridged explosive known as slurry or watergel previously imported and used in Hong Kong under the product names of IREMITE, IREGEL, TOVEX I such comparable formulations
