I said before, NEC have assumed that the plant on Stonecutters will supply stantially the local market with perhaps minor quantities of exports in certain circumstances. However, if production for export is to be allowed and encouraged, it would naturally alter the whole basis of the plant design and the whole economics of the operation, including the value to be placed on the rental of the land. It would therefore be helpful to have your current views on this and to have any other ground rules stated ahead of the issue of the Tender Document, so that we will be reassured that we are making our offer on the same basia as competition.
With Best Wishes for the New Year.
Yours sincerely
Jum Ergy.
