In your letter of 180ctober on the above you asked me to obtain from Hong Kong further details about the explosives and their make-up. As yet Hong Kong have not replied to my letter, but I enclose for your information a letter sent to me by the Trade Commission

in which they suggest that contact Nobel's Explosives in order to obtain further informat- ion on this type of explosive.

Copies of the letter and the information which they sent to me are enclosed.
